The Girls Club program consists of 5 classes, and we're happy to work with your schedule! There are several ways we can organize the sessions to fit your group's needs.
Scheduling Ideas:
-Five Weeks
One class per week (for example, every Thursday after school).
-One Week (preferred!)
A class each day after school for one week (or starting on a weekend)
These are just a couple examples! We want scheduling to be flexible so it never becomes a barrier to bringing this program to your girls. We'll work together to find a schedule that fits your group best! :)

Frequently Asked Questions
about the classes:
-
We love all kids and believe they all deserve a space. However they also all deserve a safe space!
For the subject matters we discuss (for example in a Girls Club class female anatomy is discussed) it is safest and only appropriate to have only females in the class. This often puts both parents and children at ease.
-
Between allergies, spills, and class distractions. For ease of both parents and the instructor, food is not allowed in the classroom.
….Unless there is a specific medical or cultural need that we can discuss how to accommodate.
-
During class content, devices including smart watches are not allowed, and will be placed in a bin (accessible in case of emergency).
Devices are allowed during the drop off window, pick up window, and around midway of class during the 10-15 minute bathroom/stretch break so you can stay in touch!
Medical related devices or certain circumstances we can discuss :)
-
No, girls in 5th grade and younger do not learn about tampons.
Only pads and liners. I do show disposable pads and cloth pads, as some kiddos (and adults) with sensory sensitivities prefer soft cloth ones.
-
No. Male body parts are incredible and powerful too. All bodies deserve to be celebrated!
-
Absolutely! At Girls Club, we believe that while your body may be changing, you may still feel like a young girl, and that's perfectly okay and normal! Puberty doesn't mean giving up the things you love. Whether it's playing with dolls, pretending to be a mermaid, building forts, or using your imagination, childhood and authenticity is something to be celebrated. Growing up happens one step at a time, and there's no rush to leave the magic of being a kid behind.
Our goal is to make this season of life magical and memorable through education and sisterhood, rather than stressful and confusing figuring it out alone!
-
Absolutely! One of our biggest goals is helping girls build meaningful friendships in a welcoming and encouraging environment. While we can't promise every child will leave with a new best friend, our classes are intentionally designed with interactive games, partner activities, crafts, and group discussions that encourage kindness, teamwork, and connection (without technology)!

about the instructor
“Growing up isn't easy, and today's girls are growing up in a digital world that often introduces adult pressures, unrealistic beauty expectations, and endless information long before they're ready for it.
My hope is to give girls and their parents a trusted place where they can learn, ask questions, and navigate these years with a little less confusion and a lot more confidence.
I became a Girl's Club™ Certified Teacher in 2026 because I wanted girls to learn about their changing bodies from trusted women…. not from an internet search”
Thank you for being here and for believing that the way we raise our girls today helps shape the impact they will have tomorrow! Looking forward to hearing from you! ”🤗 - Ms.Jordan
